Titanium Dioxide – Rutile

Titanium Dioxide is a naturally occurring oxide of titanium, it is processed to obtain Rutile. It is widely used in indoor & outdoor coatings, interior and exterior latex paints, industrial coatings, powder coatings , road sign paint, anti-corrosive paint, anti-fouling paint, marine paint. The products can also be used in plastics (PVC, PE, polystyrene and polyurethane etc.), masterbatch, rubber, printing ink, leather, paper making, decoration paper and etc. Rutile is available in two variants:

Titanium Dioxide- Anatase

Titanium Dioxide is a naturally occurring oxide of Titanium, it is processed to obtain Anatase form. It is a high quality general use product that can be applied in coatings, interior-wall latex painting, inner decorative painting, ink, plastic, rubber, paper, leather, glass, ceramics and fibre making industries etc.

Barium sulphate

Epoxy hardner

Epoxy hardner has the basic qualities like crystal clear water like appearance, good compatibility with most organic solvents, excellent rapid cure even at low temperature, good chemical solvent and water resistant, very good flexibility and long shelf life make it useful in Powder coating, Epoxy floor coatings, pipeline and tank coatings, marine and industrial coating, surface coating and electric insulation industries etc.

Resins

Epoxy resin is primarily used as binder because of its good mechanical strength, heat and chemical resistance. It is primarily used in paint, powder coat, adhesives, primers and sealers, electronic, cast and moulds and aerospace industries. We have “E12” epoxy resin.

TGIC

Triglycidylisocyanurate (TGIC) is a low-molecular-weight, multifunctional crosslinker which enables polyester TGIC formulations to contain 90% or greater resin within the binder system. Because they enhance the weather-resistance of polyester, TGIC coatings are comparable to polyester urethane coatings. It is primarily used in powder coating and paint industry.

• Epoxy Matt Hardner (8.5% pma)
• TGIC

TGIC is an isocyanurate based crystalline polyepoxide compound. It has good heat resistance, weather resistance, adhesion and high temperature stability.

Matt hardener is a composed salt of cyclic-amidine and multi acid. It generates non uniform shrinkage then forms the matt surface. It has both gloss decreasing and curing functions.
